If you missed out on one of our workshops last year or earlier this year, now is your chance to attend.  Naomi Martin and Sue Hetzel are running their last workshop for 2016 on Saturday October 15 at Eastwood Community Centre 1.30pm—4.30pm.  This is a stand alone workshop which also builds on the ideas and skills in our August workshop.

Naomi will be presenting a range of different yoga postures and breathing practices inspired by American yoga teacher and trainer Bo Forbes.  They are ‘take home techniques’ you will be able to use to reduce anxiety.  The innovative mindfulness ideas Sue is offering are designed to increase your creativity and also reduce anxiety.
