Naomi Martin and I are running another of our workshops offering strategies for reducing the impact of stress and anxiety 1.30—4.30pm on Saturday August 13 at Eastwood Community Centre.

Our workshops are innovative and playful. The yoga, inspired by Bo Forbes, is designed to ground you and take you into your body in a safe way, bringing a sense of deep calm and reducing chatter in your brain.  The mindfulness strategies will assist you to use your body as a resource to reduce anxiety and increase enjoyment in your life.   Cost $60, concession $50.  Afternoon tea will be provided.
